Hi! We’re Anjna (they/them) & Shannon (she/they), the queer, disabled, neurodivergent, BIPOC duo. Sā is a slow, justice-rooted, multidisciplinary studio crafting radical strategy, bold branding, warm storytelling, & colorful design for all humans.

How does being queer inform your work?

We’re wives, co-founders, and co-dreamers. Our queer love story is the root of Sā Creative Playscape. Our tagline is "Radical Love, Limitless Creativity," which means what we've built is not just a business, but a liberatory way of life. Queerness has always shaped how we see and create in the world. As disabled, neurodivergent, queer, Black, South Asian, fat and fabulous creatives, self-expression was a survival mechanism. When the world tried to flatten or erase us, creativity became our resistance, our refuge, and our radical reclamation of who we are. Now, we use that same creative fire to help others be fully, authentically themselves — without compromise. Our work is rooted in love, justice, imagination, and the belief that everyone deserves to be seen and celebrated as they are. We bring all of who we are to everything we make — and we build spaces where others can, too.
