How does being queer inform your work?

My queer identity naturally becomes part of my visual language. It shows up in the themes I choose, the characters I draw, the colors I use — it’s not always obvious, but it’s always there.

What are your favorite pieces of queer visual culture?

I can’t choose just one, but I’m always drawn to queer art that feels raw, emotional, and unapologetic. It inspires me to be more honest in my own creative work.

Which other queer people inspire you?

I’m inspired by people in the queer community who are kind, expressive, and unafraid to be themselves. That energy gives me courage in my own life and work.
